·      Led team of brand managers responsible for product, pricing, and site merchandising strategies for Amazon’s kids’ and baby private label brands, with direct P&L oversight of: Amazon Essentials, Simple Joys by Carter’s, Spotted Zebra, and Moon and Back.

·      Launched Amazon’s first “Direct to Retail” (DTR) partnership with an external entity (The Walt Disney Company), owning business development and project plan from contract draft through product launch.

·      Created product roadmap and liaised with Carter’s senior leadership to grow the Simple Joys by Carter’s business by 5x YoY in both Y2 and Y3, at the highest gross margin of any private brand.

·      Turned around the Spotted Zebra brand by modernizing aesthetic, overhauling vendor base, and introducing pricing and pack size tenets, increasing revenue by 6x YoY in Y2.

·      Owned holistic brand strategy creation integrating product, marketing, and market positioning for Amazon Essentials Kids’ and Baby, and Moon and Back (Amazon’s first 100% organic brand).

·      Presented data-driven actions to senior leadership weekly to respond to customer signals, navigate supply chain headwinds, drive improved KPIs, meet/exceed financial plans, and capture market share.
